Location

Nina's House is located  in the area of Achladies, 4 Km away from the Town of Skiathos and 50 m from the wonderful, well-organized, sandy beach of Achladies, which has been awarded with The Βlue Flag.

Spend your time

On the beach there is a sea sports school, which also rents boats for daily excursions. In the area there are taverns, bars and supermarkets .

Ease of access

If you don’t own a car, there is regular bus service for your transportation to the town and the rest of the island (Bus stop No 10). There is also boat  transportation to and from the town which takes 15 minutes and is worth trying.

Entrance Ninas House

Perfect location just a short walk to the beach. The room was very clean, beautifully furnished and extremely spacious. Kitchen and bathroom facilities and outside space were perfect. Cannot fault our stay at all. Themis and Nina were there to greet us on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Congratulations on running such amazing accommodation so well. We would highly recommend Nina's House and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

We received the most warmest welcome on arrival from Themis. And throughout our restful stay, both Nina and Themis were on hand to help with anything! The spacious apartment is beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable and so clean, as the maid service is second to none!! Loved our holiday - thank you very much. We hope to return soon!

This was a very friendly clean everything you could need apartment.just a few mins from the sandy beach,and supermarkets with scrummy bakery. Lots of places to eat . GREAT HOLIDAY! Thank you Nina!

Nina’s House is a family–run property, consisting of 7 independent residences. Three studios, three maisonettes and one apartment, accommodating from 2 to 5 people each. All the apartments are particularly spacious, fully equipped, with elegant decoration and view to the sea or the garden. Nina’s House is a holiday destination that satisfies any holiday preference for young, family or older tourists who are looking for a private, close to the beach, clean and friendly environment
